Back 2 The Trenches!!

Arran Atkinson, a director here at Forays, challenged himself to take part in a local mud run, for the second year in a row

Held on a 135 acre site in East Grinstead, the course consists of many natural and purpose built obstacles to run/walk/crawl around. Tonnes of mud, woods, rivers, streams, craters, deep bogs and many more muddy surprises along the way – including the possibility of electrocution!

 

Plenty of fun though (!!) and lots of laughs had by all and at the finish – a clean cut photo for the mantel piece!
