Customer Care and Complaints Procedure
Forays Homes are committed to building a quality product and we pride ourselves in providing high levels of Customer Care, starting on the first day you walk through the door of your new home.
On the day of completion, a member of our team will be available to explain the various warranties which apply to your home and fixtures and fittings. You will be presented with a comprehensive Homeowners Manual providing you with all the information you will need about your new home. Who to contact in the event of an emergency, what procedure to follow if there is an appliance failure and how to contact our Team.
A final check of your property, together with the reading of meters will be carried out and any outstanding items will be recorded and notified to our Team for action.
Consumer Code for Home Builders – The Government and House Builders have recently introduced the Consumer Code for Home Builders. The Code sets out clear standards that the Home Builder is expected to achieve throughout the process of the sale of the property and the Customer Care standards expected.
