Conversion of Grade I listed Almshouses and erection of six bungalows in the charming town of Godalming
Built in c1622 these Grade I listed Almshouses and Chapel were built at the bequest of Richard Wyatt who left instructions in his will to provide accommodation for ten less fortunate men from the local parish.
The Almshouses remained relatively unaltered until c1957 when they were converted into eight apartments, but have more recently started to fall into disrepair. The refurbishment and conversion of this historic building has been completed and new owners have started to move into this historic building.
A development steeped in charm and history, work has completed to convert the beautiful Grade I listed building into six one bedroom apartments and one two bedroom house. In the grounds there are six new one bedroom bungalows and all finished to a high specification, with individual gardens and private parking.
