IT’S A WRAP …
All the homes at our Wyatts Almshouses, Wyatts Close development in Godalming have now been sold.
These Almshouses remained unaltered until c1957 when they were converted into eight apartments but had recently fallen into disrepair. The refurbishment and conversion of this historic Grade II listed building has been an exciting project for us to work on.
We hope the new custodians of this beautiful Grade I listed building, which now has six one bedroom apartments, one two bedroom house and six new one bedroom bungalows all with individual gardens and parking, will enjoy the charm and history that the site has to offer.
