View all day this Saturday – with Strutt and Parker’s Open House Day

Strutt and Parker are holding their first Open House Day of the year this Saturday, 27th February.

This is the day when they open the doors of all the houses taking part, so that prospective buyers who register have the chance to view as many properties as they wish, without the need for an appointment. The Open House days are run twice a year, usually February and in the Autumn.

Buyers can save time by viewing a greater number of houses in one go, leaving them fresh in their minds for the next viewing and putting them in a better position to make choices.

More than 600 properties took part in the last event, with one in six receiving offers on the day.
