Is the General Election a concern?

 

With a general election looming should we be worried??

 

We feel the answer is no. No party would like to come in and look at disturbing the property market. It is the “foundation” behind our economy and promotes so much more than just the buying and selling of a property

 

Not only is there enormous benefits to councils from commutative payments developers pay, but for employment and the local economy, it is vast. We strongly feel that it would be economic suicide to meddle with our market.

 

All that being said, the top end may suffer with the worries of a mansion tax being introduced.

 

Time will tell ………
